JD officially to the Draft

Doesn't say anything about an agent or maintaining eligibility.

So that means we have two open spots at the moment and could be three if JQ does leave.

When asked if he will be maintaining his NCAA eligibility in the pre-draft process, Davison told ESPN he is "done with college."

What a disappointment he was, but all the best to him at the next level. Hopefully our next one and done produces at a high level.

Yeah he was disappointing and Will probably need a couple years at the G-League but Hopefully he puts it all together one day.

We have had so many hyped up recruits come in and struggle a lot as freshmen that I'd settle for a guy like Miller coming in and being an efficient secondary scoring option the way Primo was last year.

For whatever reason this made me laugh.
Hopefully, he has a good combine and works himself back into the 1st round.

He has a ton of talent but was not ready for big boy basketball. Had his moments but overall a pretty disappointing season. Athletic but not a quick first step. He’ll get drafted and maybe late first round if a team takes a chance on him.
He could have developed nicely if he returned imo but the money is there now. You can’t blame him.
I hope he reaches his potential

I'm glad he stayed home and played for the Crimson Tide. I hope his dreams come true and I look forward to watching him in the NBA.
For some he was a disappointment but I don't see it that way and never will because he didn't have the right pieces around him to succeed day in and day out.
With that being said...go prove them wrong JD! Just a kid from a small town with a BIG DREAM.

If I’m him, I would’ve left too because if he comes back and disappoints again, he risks not getting drafted at all. At least now he still has a chance going first round strictly on potential.

Hebert is an all-time Bama great for me.
Local kid
played his whole college career for us through multiple staffs
won multiple games for us through pure toughness including playing one handed
turned around the program in his final season
3rd team AA, SEC POTY, DPTOY
I keep up with a lot Bama players in the pros, but Jones is one of the few I actively follow to root for him.
