Where do you think he fits in the 2 deep?

I'm leaning towards what I've read in a few places. He'll start on the bench, and will eventually take the starting 3 spot during conference play. He might even play some 4 as the 3rd option. I'm thinking he'll end up averaging about 15 mpg across the season.

Target, Walgreens, Walmart, etc all just announced major discounts on what you would think are household items because people are skimping on everything.

It's not because people are skimping. It's that they've been bled dry. While there's definitely been inflation, it's been exacerbated by blatant corporate greed. How are so many corporations posting record profits while there's heavy inflation? Because they're been fricking us and using inflation as an excuse.

They’d target Oats but if he didn’t leave for Kentucky, I doubt he leaves for UCONN after assembling the roster he’s built

I was on the Reddit thread about this. And Kentucky and Yukon fans were both pretty adamant but he's not going to leave Bama. UConn fans weren't even considering him as an option, after he didn't take the Kentucky job.

UConn might just promote Bill Murrays kid

Their fans are all on board with it. Though Kimani Young might end up being the guy. He's higher on their staff's totem pole.

Why not? I’m pretty sure Kevin Ollie is working for Uber and he won a National Championship there

While that's funny. He actually was just the interim coach for the Brooklyn Nets. He'll be an NBA assistant again next season, most likely.

That picture looks like Hurley is offering to blow Pearl, and Bruce looks like he's down.

That would be devastating to them. No way they could make a quality hire this late in the game.

Oh how I would weep for them. I mean the tears would be accompanied by incapacitating laughter, but there'd still be tears.

They'd probably go with an assistant. But what could be devastating would be if there was an exodus of their top players. They'd be eligible to enter the portal. And this late, they could end up with a gutted roster. There's no more Cokering your way into a national title anymore. Look at all the BS CKD went through to keep our football roster together.

It has been my understanding that Sweat Hog Jr. is the one they're bringing along to take over eventually, and he'd probably go to UConn too.

If you don't leave for UK, you're def. Not leaving for UCONN.

Bruce won’t leave Auburn. He has gotten a verbal agreement Steven is the next HC once he retires. He isn’t gonna do anything to jeopardize that

For sure. I don't know how the Big East can keep up in this new era. It would be a downgrade from the majority of power 4 teams. What he's done at Uconn was extremely impressive and the program itself is close to, if not already, blue blood status...but the conference affiliation is limiting going forward.

In my opinion this was suddenly leaked by the Lakers for a reason. Negotiations with JJ Redick. They are telling Redick, look we have another candidate and he is better than you. Leverage to pay him less money. Hurley has too much arrogance to leave the chance at a 3 peat at UConn and his wife is a Jersey girl.

Alabama's roster hasn't been updated yet, but Tide Illustrated was able to find a few pictures from practice that might help us piece together what numbers players will wear this season. Not all these are official, but here's my best guess at the new numbers. (I'll update if I receive changes or confirmations)

0 — Labaron Philon (confirmed)
1 — Mark Sears
2 — Aden Holloway
3 — Latrell Wrightsell
4 — Grant Nelson (confirmed)
8 — Chris Youngblood (confirmed ... we have a picture of him practicing in 14)
10 — Mouhamed Dioubate
11 — Cliff Omoruyi (confirmed)
15 — Jarin Stevenson
22 — Aiden Sherrell
24 — Naas Cunningham (confirmed)
35 — Derrion Reid
95 — Houston Mallette (practicing in No. 13)
