Not into moral victories but I’m actually encouraged by this. Offense played well again and started making some shots. Defense just ain’t got the personnel to stop Auburn.

Guys outside of Shack have to start making shots. Just the bottom line.
Everything else was about as good as you could expect, but JD/Ellis/JQ can't be this bad from deep.

When the refs are bad yes I am going to speak on it period. I should of expected it though.

Well, I'm gonna say they are. They're the deepest, the most diverse and have 2 elite players at positions that other teams don't have 1.

Dunno how anyone can be mad at the effort. Played hard and focused. We just have defensive deficiencies, Auburn is the best team in the country and we didn't shoot it well enough outside of Shack. If we bring this effort the rest of the season we'll be in fine shape come tournament time.
The team looked hungry tonight, Auburn just played really well. We made some mistakes, especially with the back door cuts, but those can be fixed.

Yea, I mean, Auburn playing at it's best at home is nearly impossible to beat and hard to stick around with.

Until we figure out how to turn up the intensity on defense and have guys other than JQ and Shack score points then we’re average.
