Sounds like they're a bubble team entering conference play, which means they'll need to pull off some upsets. That's a tough spot for Byrne if they end up in the WNIT again. Curry seems to have taken that program as far as she can, which is a perennial bubble team, but she was also tasked with building a program practically from scratch.

It was ugly down the stretch - Bama did everything possible to give it away after getting a double digit lead. Good thing auburn couldn’t take advantage.
