Think about how far ahead of last year we are at this point. We were one day removed from losing to Western Kentucky and were 4-3.
Perspective.

Anyone know what the best /most convenient place to park for the BJCC is?

I think Oats needs to give Jusuan Holt more playing time. Isnt defense suppose to be a strength of his?

They've gutted a few out already this year - Drake, Houston, Jax St, Gonzaga for most of the 2nd half.

1 team on the entire schedule projected to finish with single digit conference wins and less than 19 overall wins - Miami (who plays in the ACC). That's absolutely nuts. Zero bad teams on the entire OOC schedule.
The NET can get fricked.

I haven’t been since the renovation but I have typically parked in the “purple” or “orange” (
The blue and the gold are parking decks with ample parking as well.

Alabama should just make 12 or more 3-pointers every game imo.

I think this group just needs to find their identity as much as anything. Last season, when shite was headed south and shots weren’t falling, they played amazing team defense to stay energized and hold on until the game came back to them.
I’m not sure this group is capable of executing the same level of defense as last year’s (most certainly better than we’ve seen though), but they have to find something they can fall back to… when it’s not going their way, backs against the wall, what’s their “go to”? We have to do something well enough to hang around with good teams until the tide turns, so to speak, but I’m not sure what that is yet.
We haven’t been horrible at anything, but we haven’t executed anything well enough or consistently enough to be able to confidently say “that’s who we are” or “that’s what we do”. We’ll need that in conference play this year. If not, instead of fighting out way out of the corner, we’re going to get kicked while we’re down.
I still have a lot of hope and high expectations for this team. It’s easy to forget after the SECC run, but we looked like a JV team against bad competition until this point last season. Let’s hope we can find something similar this year, because it might be the difference between being good or winning the conference.

When you combine this with what looks like a pretty deep SEC, Alabama's schedule is all gas, no brakes from start to finish this week. Makes for an entertaining year and a battle-tested team. Just going to have to manage the grind and find a way to be playing best ball in March.
And hopefully April -
