Sounds like it's the same Shack as last year, though perhaps trying to do too much with JQ not playing. I'm glad he came back though. He's a tough player that can get hot from 3.

Sounds like Keon had a monster game, on both ends.

Shack was definitely selfish and made bad choices. The flip side of that is La had a game plan. They knew that we shot 3's or drove. No pull up jumpers. Whenever the ball went inside, we were swarmed by multiple defenders. La's game plan also included playing physical with us. We gave up a lot of weight to them and spent a lot of plays on the floor. I was proud of Bediako. He was manhandled and spent a lot of time on the floor. But he always hustled up and down the floor and found ways to contribute. La wrestled with impunity until their big put Bedi in a head-lock and threw him to the floor. Players rushed to the pileup, but cool heads prevailed. At that point, officials called a few fouls. To further demonstrate, while on the floor with a La player, Keon had two viscious elbows thrown at his head with an official sitting on top of the play. No call.

At one point I was about to stop posting because we were struggling and I felt like I was the leading catalyst to the melt if we lost LMAOOO

Right, and it is a name with some good tradition. For awhile I thought Louisiana was some new school until I saw Ragin Cajuns associated with them. Usually it's best not to "fix what ain't broke."

After losing most of its offensive output, the Crimson Tide turns to two backcourt veterans for leadership and production.

on their game plan, I would think that any time we have a player, especially a big man that cant shoot the 3, his defender will just sluff off and stand in the lane and watch for the dribble drive. Then its two on one. The driver can kick out to the big man that cant shoot, but the defense can just let him hold the ball or shoot.

I guess with success and hopes for a better future it's to be expected, but $30 for seats in the 40th row up in Coleman Coliseum is pretty laughable.
