Timme is for sure a douche. I love his game, but I hate that I love it. He’s so good and it’s annoying.

I thought (and still do some) think Holgrem is going to struggle against a physical big man, but it’s going to have to be a physical big man that’s hella athletic and not just strong. He understands the game and positioning so well for a kid his age, and with his size it would be really easy for HBO to coast through high school just snagging rebounds over people without actually having to box out and establishing inside position.

Gonzaga looks like a bad match up for Alabama. I mean they look like a bad matchup for everyone I guess.

Assuming you meant Gary, he’s supposed to be extremely close to, if not, ready to go for this Thanksgiving tourney this week.

That's true about Shack, but he (Chet) did get a couple calls too go his way early during the game vs UCLA. UCLA don't really impress me honestly as a team, but I have always been impressed with Jaime Jaquez. Gonzaga has a couple players (Timme & Nembhard) that try to get under your skin. The calls will not go out way that's for sure up in Seattle, and I think this will be a good matchup to gauge where we are at with our post players.

It was a bad matchup for UCLA because they don't run. UCLA didn't even matchup well with us last season and they show nuff wouldn't this season. UCLA played TERRIBLE defense period vs Gonzaga. That was bad! Gonzaga has a slight advantage in the matchup vs us but I do think it will all depend on how far Gurley will come along offensively & defensively.

Man, I can’t believe Cecil died during Iron Bowl week and we never got to hear him say anything about this basketball season. Losing him is such a gut punch.

I think this is the reality of it. They aren’t really lacking in any aspect of their game. I think it’s just going to take a hot shooting night, specifically from 3 to beat them. Fortunately for y’all Bama is absolutely capable of having one. I just don’t know if there are many (if any) teams that are going to have an answer for Chet and Timme.

I just noticed our game against Houston in a couple of weeks doesn't tip off until 9PM. WTF? I can't recall a home game ever tipping off that late.

The only way I see anyone limiting both of them is having some mean, physical front court players on a night where the refs swallow their whistles. Like literally beat them up a bit and get them frustrated. Timme is used to getting the calls, so if someone is allowed to beat him at his own game he will get frustrated.
