Playing State in basketball is stressful af. Even when they aren’t good it seems like it’s always a last minute game.

When I was in school (97-02) they were our big bball rival. Lots of recruiting battles between Stans and Gottfried and some epic games on the court. Always a big game to me.

Yes. Burnett is out until probably February with a hand injury. He has been one of our best, if not our best, defensive player. Our defensive stats have gone way down since his last game at Houston, when he shut down Sasser.

I'm glad you gave Darius Miles words of ENCOURAGEMENT.
Sometimes all a person needs is somebody to have faith in them or just tell them to keep on pushing in LIFE.

Ole Miss is cooking, an early reminder of how hard it is to win on the road in conference play.
We will be stealing one tonight if we can win at the hump as banged u as we are. Hopefully, Clowney is close to 100% we will need him to have a big game, Miss St is a big, physical team.

This Tennessee Ole Miss game is exactly why I’m not confident in any conference road game. Always a high likelihood of shenanigans
