It's odd to say this regarding a 5* player but I feel like all the hype has been geared towards Miller and Clowney and here is Bradley who is a perfect fit to run this system.

It makes sense though. Bradley has been hurt or slowly coming back from the injury for what feels like 8 months or so now, so he hasn't really gotten to show much. Miller and Clowney have been healthy and playing well.

From what I can gather from our opponent:

- They return 4 starters from the Big South winning squad, which lost big to Tennessee in the NCAA tournament.
- Led by guards Isaiah Wilkins and DeShaun Wade
- Offensively, they are below average in tempo, but really like shooting the 3-ball, averaging 22 attempts and 8 made threes per game. Three of their starters shoot 38% or better from the arc (Wilkins - 39%, Wade - 45%!, Granlund - 39%)
- They aren't very big, but rebound very well, especially offensively (average +7 rebounding margin and 12 offensive boards per game)
- They aren't particularly good defensively

Keys for us defensively will be challenging shooters with our length and securing long rebounds. Offensively Chuck should give them problems down low and Miller will be very hard to stop; they don't have anyone over 6'7" who plays serious minutes.

So we can go ahead and plan on at least one of these guys going unconscious and can't miss from deep?

Fortunately only Granlund is white, and he's not a huge volume shooter.

Obviously. That's a given. The slower and less athletic he is the more likely he is to make 6 3s on 8 attempts.

With new technology it's a lot different now dealing with knee injuries.

It's the mental side of it that keeps them from being 100%.

JQ has made a tremendous comeback already and I'm still shocked as to how far along he is.

But Joka will he have the same burst and cut ability that he had pre injury??

I’m worried

Burnett has been the most consistent period.

Griffen will have to defend to earn playing time and I think he will.

Miles has to improve offensively and if he doesn't he will get passed up and the same goes for Gurley.

Jaden just needs to focus on what he does best and that's orchestrating the offense. I would encourage him to shoot his midrange jumper as well just to build his confidence.

I worry about that as well but when I saw that video of JQ in practice...I'm like dang he's SHIFTY.

Did y'all see the video where he broke down the guy then hit the three?

This new strength coach might be the difference maker!

JQ is close to being fully healthy but when you factor in the mental side of it... JQ might be only 85%

It's all about TRUSTING IT!

Nobody calls a big time buzzer beater better than Chris Stewart.
