Really disappointed in 3 older guys or should I say the guys with the most experience...

Quinerly, Sears, & Bediako...

I put this loss solely on them!

Rylan should of played 20 plus minutes tonight. He had the hot hand the first half and should of started out the gate in the second. Rylan was being aggressive on defense hence the fouls but I don't mind that because he has FIRE in him. Jaden Bradley was good as well.

So I kind a fault Coach as well.

Just my opinion though

I agree, Rylan should’ve played more.

Effort was good. Experience of playing games like this should pay off in March.

You’re right I’d honestly like for Pringle to cut into Bediako’s minutes. Charles hasn’t given us anything on either side of the floor in three games.

You don’t know basketball. Chuck is an excellent interior defender and has displayed that all season. Clown take

Gurley with 2 points, 2 turnovers, 0 rebounds.
Chuck with 3 points, 4 fouls, 2 turnovers, 5 rebounds.

Not going to cut it along with all the other issues.

Chuck is fine defensively. He fouls too much but he is otherwise ok. He is soft as shite offensively though

He’s definitely soft offensively. I find myself yelling at the tv screen for him to dunk the ball down low lol

How many fricking free throws did UConn make. Felt like half their points.

21 of 24. For 87%.

Meanwhile, we were a respectable 19-25 from the line.

That's true!

We will bounce back though just kind a disappointed in those 3 mentioned but that's life. Everybody has bad games so hopefully like many have said they can learn from it and get better.

We were given more chances at FTs, can't complain on that front. We got stuck on offense with no one taking charge sort of what happened last year so often.
Plus all those TO's in the first half, against a good team, had to take their toll.

Turnovers were the key difference: our 21 to their 12. Look at the stats. Pretty much even on shooting %, 3pt % (though they shot and made more), and fouls. We out rebounded them by 3. Our freshmen grew up, and I suspect our coaches are figuring out who can win for us- these freshmen. Agree that Bradley’s and Griffin’s playing time should grow.

Tonight showed us the pains we will face with an inexperienced team if their few older guys are out there making some horrible decisions. JQ has to step up and lead this team in smart decision-making. Tonight was not his night.

No wonder we struggle last year. The returning guys are kinda holding us back

Putting that loss on 3 guys after performance on the team as a whole is weird.

No one really stood out crazily tonight. Those nights happen but almost everyone had a dumb turnover and moments tonight, along with poor shooting. A lot of bad turnovers and bad shooting won’t equate to many wins.

Move on and fight to beat UNC, they’re beatable
