re: Tide Football Thread in honor of TidalSurge

Vandermark played a lot at RG when the starter was out injured. I would be shocked if he is not the starter at LG

Interested to see where Mbakwe and Michael Carroll end up playing. Both could easily play early.

A couple of things jump out at me about that projected depth chart:

- I'm going to double down on something I posted recently. Lotzier Brooks ain't gonna be 3rd on the chart at whatever position(s) he plays at. He is going to be similar to Ryan Williams, in that he is simply too talented to keep off the field. Might be a starter by mid-season or sooner.

- Am I mistaken (certainly possible) that William Sanders transferred from Alabama? With all of this crazy movement it's possible I just have him mixed up with someone else. I don't have a current roster in front of me.

I read it because I was extremely confused when I saw your name in this thread after you repeatedly told this whole board that you’re done with CFB and you’re just here “monitoring the situation.”

As long as I am still allowed, I will continue to post provocative and controversial opinions on this board, mostly because it gets a rise out of folks such as yourself. My opinion regarding Lotzier Brooks has as much to do with the lack of existing talent at Alabama as the talent I believe he possesses. And that has a LOT to do with the problems with college football that have led to my declining interest.

If you knew how little of Alabama’s games I watched in 2024 (especially after the Vandy debacle), you would know how little I really care. And I didn’t watch a lot in 2023 after the embarrassing performance against USF.
In short, my interest in Alabama football and CFB in general is a reflection of the interest most of the players have in the schools they “play for” (they play mostly for the $$$ and positioning themselves for the NFL).

No doubt my haters are gonna continue to post that I am here because I care so much, and you are free to have that opinion. I have said repeatedly that your opinions of me don’t matter. I will be here and continue to post until banned. Get used to it.
