Sounds like a good benchmark. Maybe some folks should follow his example.

You can call me a shitty poster all day long, but how dare you refer to a Proud Partner of the Crimson Tide and college football tailgates and Game Day’s #1 Pour shitty?

You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

SEC announces football tie-breaking process

The Southeastern Conference on Wednesday announced new football tiebreaking procedures for the 2024 SEC Championship Game, the first football season since 1991 to be conducted without divisions.

So if I'm reading this right:

Capped relative total scoring margin versus all Conference opponents among the tied teams

This means you should never take your foot off the gas in an SEC game since win margin could cost you a shot at the title.

Trust me… we are going to score at a high pace this season.

Everyone saying “Milroe isn’t Penix” is a fool because Penix was a 55% completion QB at Indiana without DeBoer.

The one season that DeBoer was there he threw 64%.

I’m not calling DeBoer Saban, but pre LSU Saban didn’t do anything that DeBoer hasn’t in his career.

DeBoer was probably 2 years away from winning a natty at Washington.

Washington’s leading receivers were a 4 and 3 star, and neither were top 100 recruits.

The stole the Lou Groza Award first. We were just bringing it where it belonged in the first place.

Maybe, certainly our guys were being contacted in a manner that in the past would have been illegal but with NIL and salaries and no restrictions on movement we really don't have any rules governing it or even a way to enforce rules if we had them. As long as this situation exists it's going to be survival of the richest and most aggressive. Complaining about it isn't going to help.

Saban warned everyone that we would do what everyone was already doing if we had to.

How do you think DeBoer is recruiting so well?

We unleashed the NIL like everyone else has bending the rules.

Husky Harsin had the 26th most talented team last season according to these rankings.

That’s the lowest ranked team to make the natty game since the statistic has been recorded.

Alabama football's Kalen DeBoer responded Thursday to an allegation by Miami (Ohio) head coach Chuck Martin that the Crimson Tide and "stole" transfer kicker Graham Nicholson. On Wednesday, Martin claimed that the Crimson Tide 'illegally recruited' Nicholson from the transfer portal in an interview on the Redhawks' official website.

"I don't know anything about that comment," DeBoer said on Thursday. "He entered into the portal, and we reached out to him. So, that's how it goes, right?"

Martin's comments Wednesday were pointed to say the least.

“We didn’t lose him, he’s at Alabama,” Martin said. “We know exactly where he’s at. Again, you media people, it’s all pretend. Like, no, Alabama stole our kicker. They illegally recruited our kicker and stole him from us and that’s a fact. We act like it’s not. We live in this la-la world, like ‘Hey, let’s not talk...’ I don’t know why. Everybody knows what’s going on.

“So yeah, Alabama stole our kicker. A couple other schools tried to steal him but then… OK, what was the question?”

Nicholson transferred to Alabama in April ahead of the 2024 season. He is the reigning Lou Groza Award winner, which is awarded to college football's top placekicker.

A ranter Georgia fan said it wasn't impressive because UW didn't blow anybody out last season.

I've never seen goalposts moved this much in my life.
