I think Bo needs to think about some staff changes. We continue to have the same issues season after season.

Won’t be able to make it up with a reeling Texas A&M or awful Missouri squad this year. I really thought we would take the next step this year.

Same. This team looks no different than the 2-3 before it.
We have a Top 10 freshman who can't even get at bats. We have 3rd and 4th year guys who look the same size and skill they did as freshmen.
I just don't see what exactly is going to change to take us to the next level.

How long does Bo get? It’s not all his fault but if this is all we can do in his 5th year there’s no reason to not consider a change. Based on what we’ve seen this team won’t make Hoover.

Honestly I have no idea. No clue what the expectation is in the AD or what a realistic expectation should be, to be honest.
But just not competing with top 10 teams every year seems like something we should demand be better.

I am a former player with connections to other high level programs. I recently(during the offseason) sent an email to Bo when an assistant I know at another school(he is one of the top coaches in the country) had an opportunity to leave when his HC went to another school. I encouraged Bo to give him a call. Bo actually emailed me back and was super cool about it. Said he is sticking with guys that have always been with him which is admirable.
That said, a special kind of coach is needed to win at Bama. I dont think sticking with the same assistants when you havent had any signs of improvement is gonna get it done. We need better recruiters and better developers of talent.
