Oklahoma is somewhat similar to 2014 FSU. Struggles in almost every single game on their shite schedule but still wins them all. Until they face an actual really good team. Then they get blown out.

Good stuff as always. Do you have one for Georgia-Florida? I'm interested to see how many points Mullen's team can put up.

Ohio State has an elite wide receiver unit. It would be a long day if Bama couldn't pressure Stroud

Yeah, I'm one that thinks our defense is a little better than we all give them credit for, but that WR corps would smoke us. And that's not really a knock on our defense, as they will smoke most people. If we were to face OSU, I think only way we win is in a shootout.

I don't think it will matter about osu. I think the playoffs will be Bama, Cincy, OU, Michigan. I think osu misses out and I think we beat UGA and they drop to number 5. I think it will be 1, Bama. 2, OU. 3, Mich. 4, Cincy.

I don't see Cincinnati going over a 1-loss Georgia or a 1-loss Ohio State.

i cant see uga getting left out. unless bama won like 50 something to 10 or less. one thing we would find out, is how many sjw's we have on the selection committee. because there would be screams to high heaven that cincy deserves to be in there

So presumably UGA’s only loss is to the top ranked team and they drop 4 spots to bring below a G5 team? No way.
Also I’ll believe Michigan can beat OSU when I see it.

Only way UGA is out is if they pick up a loss prior to the SECCG and then we beat them. Don't see that happening. Last real shot is probably this weekend and that's a very small chance.

Lots of football games yet to be played, including conference CGs, before the CFP committee does the final CFP rankings. Trying to predict the final four at this juncture is guesswork.

You aren't wrong, but predicting Georgia to be one of the teams is not at all difficult based on remaining schedule. If they get past this week there isn't another team on the schedule that will stay within three or four touchdowns of them before they get to Atlanta. And if they get to Atlanta at 12-0, they are a lock.

But, Georgia might have 2 losses after the SEC CG. Were Bama's loss to A&M and PSU's loss to Illinois expected?

Not necessarily. Every P5 conf has at least one team that can finish with 1 loss and a conf championship
The CFP has never put a non-conf champ in ahead of a p5 conf champ that had equal or better L record. That is essentially what killed the BCS when Bama got the NC nod over Okie Lite.
It would absolutely force expansions hand for that crowd.
Plus, an undeated Cincy would also be in the mix for consideration as the top 4 over a 1 loss UGA, non-conf champ. Although, UGA jumping them as a G5 is less problematic overall.

Expansion is already happening.

At least 6 teams is still in the conversation
Non-conf champs are not a given. They will need help, no matter how good they look.

If you think any committee, even the ones that were lead by the jury foreman big 10 HOMER Fat arse Barry Alvarez, would ever leave out an undefeated Power-5 Conference Champion?..You are sadly mistaken....Here are the teams that Control their own destiny to make the Playoffs:(In no order)
1)Georgia
2)Alabama
3)Michigan
4)sparty
5)Oklahoma
6)Wake
7)Oregon
Ga wins out they are in.
Michigan and/or Spart? If 1 wins out they are in...
Oklahoma wins out they are in
Wake wins out they are in....No question
If any of Michigan/Spart,Wake,or SOONER get beat ? And Alabama wins out they are in.Unless The Tide would blow Ga out and give them their only loss in a close game?Ga would be in.If ohio wins out they are in unless either Wake and Sooner win out.If Wake loses and Oregon wins out? They would be in over ohio based on that head to head in Columbus.Or they should be.
Of course there will be more chaos and there may even be a 2 loss team in it this year.UC and Okla St are still alive I suppose
So is Ole Miss.I feel that IF The Tide can get by Auburn in JH and stay healthy, they will beat Ga in a dogfight..The ony 2 teams that I would be willing to invest in and I already have to play in January.
