It is weird that some on here are basically fine with having a coach that has been embarrassed on a national level several times after taking over the greatest football program in history. I know some of our melt is hyperbolic, but it’s weird to be scolded for wanting better. Mind you four teams left to win it all. Every coach was a Saban assistant.

It brings my piss to a boil. I guarantee several of the scolders were longtime Tidefans.com posters. If not they would fit in perfectly there with that bunch of tards.

I’m sorry you got your ego hurt

This has nothing to do with ego or anything else like that. But yall go ahead and leap to conclusions. I mean why not answer some questions, at what point is it ok to say maybe it is coaching? How long did it take some of yall to maybe admit Debose or Shula wasn't it? Or do yall still think they were??

The poster who is running around with a hard on over Brent Key and Kiffin will probably be the first to post "Should we hire Golding"?

Until we see Golding coach a game without Kiffin’s offense staff on loan, anyone saying that has less credibility than Baghdad Bob.

Gut feeling? No. However there are a litany of reasons why I think he’s the coach at the start of 2027.

Agree......he is coaching us the next two years....he is good enough to win enough games not to get fired

That's not happening.

I just want a competent coach and staff instead of some PAC12/NAIA baby-soft loser bullshite. I'd settle for that.

I wouldnt trade our crew for anyone. Getting blown out three times in the same season is fun.

Everyone that says this needs to give at least one specific name. If the standards are that low you’d think a list of 15-20 guys would be easy to come up with.

When Saban stepped aside we hired a coach that everyone thought was a great hire at the time. Lanning said no. Sark said no. We ended up with just about the best “proven” coach we could have gotten.

This year has not been enjoyable but we did accomplish some good things and won 11 games. I realize that’s not the “standard” but it’s also not grounds for dismissal at this point. DeBoer lost me somewhat this year (looking totally unprepared in the first game of the year and in the Rose Bowl) but I’ll still give him a chance to get it figured out. Mainly because I have no choice but also because I do think he’s a good football coach. He needs to make some serious adjustments though.
