I’m only on half-gigabit and had 3 televisions going no problem on Saturday. Normal browsing was unaffected.
I may consider the gigabit cable option but frankly I’m holding out that C-Spire builds out our way and can get symmetrical gigabit.

Streameast is free. Give it a try tonight with fsu game. Open and close it 3x’s maybe four
When you hit play it will open a new window close it and repeat the process till it opens
I tried this tonight for the Clemson game. The only window that ever popped up that promised me access to the game...and I reloaded the page SEVERAL times...required me to add my credit card, even thought it supposedly wouldn't be charged. Hell no. Ain't happening.

I am actually in the cable business. I, as many, have Sprectrum. I also have none of anything that Disney owns except the ABc channel. From my years being in this business and knows what happens in video transmission, I put 90% of the blame on the Disney. They are robbing us and they are robbing families all over the world by their ridiculous price increases at the theme parks. We suffer because they pay their on air personalities millions annually. Disney can suck my mouse ears.

Streameast works...you click it, then close the new window it opens, then click the original link again. Just play around with it and don't give out cc info.

Same here. YouTubeTV on 21 day trial basis. Love the number of games and the multi screen feature. My spectrum subscription expires on the 27th and since I had already paid through then, they wouldn’t give me a refund. Cutting the cable cord forever on the 26th.

Good thing you smelled through the bullshite. I remember sending an uncle to a similar website. Later he called and said "i downloaded what they told me to, but it's not working. Now what do i do?"
I told him to do a factory reset on his computer, because he just downloaded a virus.
Here's part something i posted in an IPTV thread. I bookmarked it, because it's a damn novel. But here's the streaming part....
You want any sporting event for free? Without having to register an account and it's free? Download Kodi.
Kodi is just a media player. You can download it on your device's app store for free. It runs on any operating system (maybe not Roku, check your app store). PC, Android, iOS, Linux, etc. From there you just need to set it up. You set it up by installing "add-ons" and there are add-ons for pretty much anything you want.
Do you guys remember those sketchy as hell Russian stream sites? The ones with a million porn pop ups, fake video players, and malware just waiting to infect your computer? Yes, they worked. But it was like walking through a minefield. If somebody was dumb enough to install something, you might as well have thrown that device in the garbage.
What Kodi does is it goes to those websites for you, the add-ons have the feeds and link addresses, then Kodi grabs those links for you, so you don't have to risk destroying your device to watch a Bama game. It has no ads. It just grabs the feed that you want, from wherever you tell it to go.
The add-ons are basically programs guys have written that have all the links and feeds. It takes a little bit of experimenting experimenting to learn how to navigate the menus and to pull up different feeds. It's harder than apps like YouTube TV or the ESPN app, but it's not that hard.
Here are some very clear and concise setup guides to install add-ons:
The Loop
(LINK /)
The Crew
(LINK /)
So far, I've been able to pull up games like Howard vs Eastern Michigan in HD, and the feeds I've watched from the PAC-2 network were way higher quality than this Tennessee game I'm watching on ABC on YouTubeTV.
So if you only give a shite about sports, this is your best bet, imo. That, or good luck trying to get on a good IPTV service
Let Kodi do your dirty work. It's very safe and works great. I pretty much only use it for networks YouTube TV doesn't have. But i highly recommend it for anything sports (crew even had networks in the US and other countries).

Kodi will go to streameast for you, and retrieve the stream without any sketchy ads or worse. It only takes 5-10 minutes to set up.

I get it, Gramps. But if you can use a web browser, you can follow the links I provided. They're very easy. But if by miracle you can't understand that, have a grandkid do it for you.

YouTube TV is great for football. Only thing is missing is the 2 PAC network. And that's probably gone after this season.
