Does a damn good job with the good and ugly that is happening on the field. He just down to earth and his reporting style shows it.
I'm showing my age here, but I was always a big fan of Jerry Duncan. I loved his hatred for Tennessee and the fact that he sounded like he would go and knock the hell out the opponent if he got a chance to. Who are some of y'all's?

i know he wasnt a sideline reporter but i still love john forney.

I think Damian is still a little green and needs more work to be more polished.

Yes I am old! I loved the John Forney, Doug Layton and Jerry Duncan broadcast. That was how I first learned and listed to Bama football! I have a few of the old recordings and they are just gold to listen to! Eli Gold was good but just never gave me the feeling that he was a Bama homer and always thought that was missing.
I like Chris Stewart and believe he is Bama through and through.

Paul Kennedy was in the booth but he was good. Stabler was good as well.

Still remember Duncan joking on air about what he'd like to do to a certain live mascot.
