BYU shot 46% from 3 against Wisconsin on 26 attempts

That's basically the same Florida did against us the SEC tournament.

But I don't believe BYU has the height to deal with that Florida does

I think the advantage we have might be the tough schedule we have played but we still have to shoot well, especially 3s.

Damn, Bama's basketball schedule this year was tough. Out of the S16 teams.... If I looked at the records correctly....

0 - 1 Purdue
1 - 0 Houston
0 - 1 Oregon (Assuming they hold on in the 2nd Round)
0 - 1 Ole Miss (Assuming they hold on in the 2nd Round)
3 - 0 Kentucky
1 - 0 Arkansas
1 - 1 Auburn
0 - 2 Florida
0 - 1 Tennessee

6 - 7 against Sweet 16 Teams in the regular season games.

ETA: Two plays from being 8-5 (Oregon/Tennessee)

I wanna say their tallest guy is like 6'9''. On paper, we ought to be able to use our height as an advantage. However, I've seen us get outworked on the boards by smaller teams like Ole Miss whose center is also a 6'9'' guy.

I said this after the RMU game: our staff gotta put a dog check on our bigs. They need to be challenged every game like they were before this one. If we play like a team with a lot of front court depth, length, and athleticism then we can win the S16 game and have a real good shot at repeating a final four berth.

If that holds then 7 of our 8 losses would be against the final 16 teams still alive for the national title...long way to go on the Oregon-Zone game but I think they have a good shot.

That Oregon game was frustrating as hell. We turned it over gazillion times and still had a chance to win that game. This Bama team would be insane if they could just cut the turnovers out.

Man Ole Missy crushed Iowa St a three seed; who was ranked number two in the country for a while. If I am not mistaken.

That Tennessee game was equally frustrating as we blew that badly.

I was wondering what our travel plans would be. Probably a smart idea.

Let's not cap.... Wisconsin wasn't good. They had one player that kept them from really getting SLAUGHTERED.

We just got to be ready to play ball come THURSDAY evening. No if ands or buts about it.

BYU has one player who really kick starts everything. Match his energy and keep him off the BOARDS!
