Coaches, pre-playoff prep with new 2023 starters likely playing key roles, etc.
He did his job lobbying for his team, but the flaws are big and fixes are necessary. Time to get to it immediately. Would love to see a bunch of young kids get after it in New Orleans with some young staff calling things in the interim before the new big guns come in.

If he has a 4-5 year high level run left in him, we’ll see him clean house on several coaching positions.

AMEN!!!....He may not state his hires publicly until after signing day, but he needs to put on his hiring hat immediately. I can't say it enough, its his most important off-season since he was hired. It will solidify whether he goes out on top or Bowden style.

He needs to wait a week and a half so we can keep and add to this top ranked class. Then let the revamp begin.

Do we want guys out recruiting that have a good idea they're not coming back? Regardless, we aren't losing any recruits if they leave.
