Exactly, I don’t think they posit dirty jerseys/pads on a shelf. Ruggs sees too much action for that clean of a Jersey.

Looks like he’s putting the jersey back on. He would have just come out with a statement from the university like the rest if he was declaring. Also hasn’t informed the coaches of anything.
