Goodman is al.com’s latest troll. He writes sophomoric articles designed to rile up Finebaum callers. I swear, I think he scrolls the rant for a lot of what he writes.
I am not as accepting of his role as muck-raker as you are. I also wonder if many others aren’t either. They do seem to hide his name from the articles.
I guess I am just not much for childish trolling against either side. It brings little to the table.

AU finished #28 in total defense and #17 in scoring defense.
UA finished #20 in total defense and #13 in scoring defense.
Not counting the FCS opponents both teams played:
AU's opponents averaged #47.7 in total offense and #44.9 in scoring offense.
UA's opponents averaged #73.9 in total offense and #73.8 in scoring offense.
