I keep finding reasons not to eat this whole bottle of Xanax and maybe I am just crying out for attention but I am broken and in bad shape.
Also, I know you probably don't want to think about it, but please make sure an autopsy is performed. Surgery is always some risk, but the circumstances you describe could indicate, and to me strongly point to, "somebody messed up".

This is so sad and heart wrenching. But there is absolutely no reason to double the tragedy for your kids.

My wife passed away recently,my children are grown and mostly independent but whenever I think of my death I think of how much my children would miss their Dad.
I know I felt so bereft and lonely after my parents passed. Still haven't come to terms with it completely. Be strong and do the right thing. For your children and your wife.
My deepest condolences.

Sorry for your loss. Life is so uncertain yet we mostly take it for granted. Then something like this happens and puts that uncertainty in perspective. Prayers for you and your family.

Prayers going up bro. Can't pretend to know your pain but if you've got anybody that's been a "rock" for you let them know you need them. And hold those kids, hold em tight and don't let go partner.
