those kids, man. They need you bad.

Also, I know you probably don't want to think about it, but please make sure an autopsy is performed. Surgery is always some risk, but the circumstances you describe could indicate, and to me strongly point to, "somebody messed up".

This is so sad and heart wrenching. But there is absolutely no reason to double the tragedy for your kids.
PLEASE THROW AWAY THE BOTTLE OF XANAX NOW.

My wife passed away recently,my children are grown and mostly independent but whenever I think of my death I think of how much my children would miss their Dad.
I know I felt so bereft and lonely after my parents passed. Still haven't come to terms with it completely. Be strong and do the right thing. For your children and your wife.
My deepest condolences.

ETA: Wow. It just jumped to $7,500.

It's already reached $11,085 of the $15k goal.

Praise God!

I created a thread for Data on BOL. Surge asked if we could link the Gofundme there, but unfortunately we can't due to legal stuff. I did, however, link his post on the O-T Lounge that has the information in it. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I was in his situation a decade ago. I know what he is going through.

CD, I pray for continued strength, comfort and healing over both you and your family. Your sweet children need you know as much as ever. Please do not give up or feel shameful for asking for help monetary or otherwise.

About to pass $14,000.

I know he said he was going to try to take a nap. Hopefully we'll be over $15k by the time he wakes up.

Sorry for your loss. Life is so uncertain yet we mostly take it for granted. Then something like this happens and puts that uncertainty in perspective. Prayers for you and your family.

I must confess - reading all the back and forth over sports, it is very encouraging to see how much support other fan bases offered our crimson brother.

Prayers going up bro. Can't pretend to know your pain but if you've got anybody that's been a "rock" for you let them know you need them. And hold those kids, hold em tight and don't let go partner.
