Tua is quick but he isn't fast. I have no issues with him running RPO at all but Jalen is a better runner.

Don’t disagree but it seems like the days of Jalen making 50 yard runs aren’t as common.

Just need the QB to be able to pick up 1st downs with their legs if needed, that's all. Jalen's running is badass when it works, but his passing inefficiencies outweigh his legs.

this tread tells me the fans are not the only ones that are frustrated with the QB situation.

Because the OC doesn't want him running as much. Lane used him more to his strengths. Like I said I think Lane develops him better had he stayed. The current offense Tua is better for.

Dude Tua is better in any offense that isn't a triple option with little to no passing. Hurts might be an all american at Georgia Tech but if we are being honest Tua would probably be betier there too.

We don't know that and from the practice I've seen he hasn't proved it either.

Meaning Dabol is calling less designed runs or he wants Jalen to sit in the pocket instead of scrambling?

I understand if we don't want him to abandon a passing play at the first sign of trouble but Jalen's scrambling ability was what saved us multiple times in 2016. Beats the hell out of drifting out of bounds for a 5 yard loss.

I'm really close to calling Daboll "Belichek's Burista" from now on.

I think they were trying to get the pass going more and called less deigned runs. I was shocked at the number they called during the IB. But in reality they worked pretty well with DH leading the way.
