JMO but the ACC was correct in making the path a little easier for their two teams due to the virus. This game vs the Hogs is all risk and no reward. Sankey jumped in with both feet so there is no backing up.

Yikes maybe shut it down to protect the SECCG. But the program has given me no reason to doubt their covid judgment and protocols. I trust whatever call they make

I don't think he ever said for sure who or how many guys might be out.

Pat Smith is the king of giving very vague reports. I like him, and I don't doubt his report, but he always seems to not include a lot of details.

Maybe this big announcement is about not playing these games this week? Would love to see a week off before playing Florida.

It's to Bama's advantage that both Bama and Florida play this weekend.

Florida will be playing their 8th straight SEC game next weekend, while Bama will just be playing their 5th straight.

You can tell by Florida's last few games that they are getting worn out from playing so many straight games.

Bama hasn't used C-19 this year as an excuse to postpone/cancel game(s.)

Fair is fair! Cancel the Ark game due to unknowing how many players might become positive!

Rest the players 2-3 days then start on FLA!

Rumor on BOL is Evan Neal is the starter who will be out tomorrow.

He should be back for the Florida game.

Is the SEC using the CDC guidelines for 7-10 days quarantine for contact tracing? Or because of the amount of testing can it be less? Last I saw ADPH is still using 14 days but they may have changed in the past few days.

No idea.

I hope they are using the updated guidelines, but you never know.

I'm guessing the SEC has a universal policy and I'd imagine it aligns with CDC recommendations.

As far as the game, IF it is Evan Neal, it will be interesting to see who goes over there in his place. Based on the LSU game, Dameion George is running there with the second group. However, against Auburn, Chris Owens went out there when we shuffled the first group a little bit. Randolph has also played a little, but he's been a key third TE blocker, so I don't see us taking him out of that role. My guess is Owens because of the experience factor.

It would be nice if LLLLSU would find their sack and give the Gators hell tomorrow but I fully expect them to bend over and take it for Merlins.
