I linked that bastion of conservative beliefs, The Washington Times.

Was this supposed to be sarcasm? The Washington Times is basically Fox News in print form.

I did. I think Foxnews is destroying multiple generations of Southerners' access to and willingness to accept the truth.

This is Mayor Latoya Cantrell of New Orleans level of backwards arse takes...and I do not watch Fox News.

Hope she has a milder case and recovers soon without passing it on to other family members.
God bless your family.

Edit: just read further. Hope all remain well.

Thank you. This is different. Usually when you have a death in the family, everyone gets together to morn. To cry on each other's shoulder and to talk about the good memories. It's helps to get over it. But we are having to stay apart and only communicate by computer or phone.

Me and my family are pretty much on lockdown since my husband has severe medical conditions. His lungs are scarred and he has to take breathing treatments, so I don't want to be around anyone for a while.

But, I appreciate all of you & hope that all this will be over in a few months, with at least a vaccine.

Hate to be that guy, but this is a result cutting the budget to these medical and public services.

They are seen as unnecessary bloat spending.

Man, I went back and read all of his posts, and I got emotional. I wish I could do something for him, and I know that the best thing I can do is pray for him and his family.

What if I need to do stuff in the county? Can you still drive through the city limits? Or be subject to getting pulled over?

Yea, I wish that he would have let us know. I feel awful for him.

What about people who do not live within the city limits going somewhere outside the city limits, yet need to drive through the city to get there?

I doubt you'll get pulled over just riding in your vehicle.

I highly doubt they will be pulling cars over.
