Any word on when Central Mesa will open?
Seems like something must have really went wrong for it to be taking this long to open.

No idea. Said it might take some time to renovate the inside. Hopefully opens soon. World of Beer has yet to open also, and they were supposed to be up and running by spring

What do you have against Publix? Publix is awesome.
And I can't imagine going to a chain tap house (World of Beer) with Loosa Brews right down the road.

I don't have anything against Publix. I would like something else, especially since there's a Publix right down University, and another one right up the road in Northport.

That's crazy. They owner probably wants to put something there himself/herself or has a friend that wants the spot for a project.
ETA: I wonder will they try to move where 4th and 23rd was. The rent on it is probably too high as well
