I think this gif shows what makes a veteran NFL WR do. You see similar things out of Amari Cooper, and he my friends is no NFL vet.

yeah a certain would be hard to typecast based on that show in the huddle/personnel group. TJ, Fowler, OJ, Amari, and Norwood could be I-form, H-form, Shotgun, Pistol, a Heavy formation, even 3/4/5 wide formations. That is a scary thought for anyone trying to scheme us, literally 90 percent of our O with those 5 players.

Yes. Coops double moves are so smooth. He's in and out before the db knows what to do. He's the only UA receiver I remember just shaking guys and going

He really is the full package.
Insane moves.
Great hands.
Good size (6'1" 210ish as a Sophomore)
Reportedly sub 4.4 speed (doesn't seem like a guy that'd lie about his forty)
Hard work ethic (something he and Yeldon both share. And they're humble)
Always hungry
He's a pretty good blocker too. He's not great or anything, I'd say he's one of the better WRs we have right now when it comes to blocking.

C.J. Mosley said that Rueben Foster has knocked *himself* out making a tackle at practice. Twice.

Bad form, or just a big collision?

-- WR Kevin Norwood was limited a bit when Alabama's wide receivers started running deeper routes with the quarterbacks. He talked a bit with a trainer as the rest of his group went through drills. Alabama coach Nick Saban hasn't mentioned Norwood as a potential injury risk, so this could be designed to eliminate the stress on his surgically repaired toe.
-- This is why Saban cringes at the mention of depth charts. One day after he was listed as a backup at the Z receiver spot, freshman Robert Foster was catching passes behind Amari Cooper and Raheem Falkins, both of whom are listed as X receivers. On the other side was DeAndrew White, who is listed as an X receiver.
-- Kellen Williams was getting some work with the first-team offensive line during the second period of viewing. He was swapping in and out with Arie Kouandjio. It's become clear that Williams is this group's sixth man.
-- When the first team swapped T.J. Yeldon out, freshman Derrick Henry was the first running back to receive some carries behind the first-team offensive line. Jalston Fowler, who is listed as Alabama's No. 2 running back, remained at H-back.
-- Parker McLeod was the first scout team quarterback to be used. Cooper Bateman and Luke Del Rio remained with the quarterbacks during the second period of viewing.
-- After resting a bit during Monday's practice, LB Tana Patrick looked fine today

Not sure. I'm going to hope big collision.

Sounds like Henry is our true backup. I can't wait to see him run.

The carry distribution will be interesting.
3 days, 10 hours, 6 minutes, 47 seconds.

if he is being knocked out during practice this does not bode well for him in games where the collisions will be more violent. Not sure I take this as a positive at all

What makes you think that?

Fowler will be mostly in HB/FB mode, and I'm not sold on Hart. With Drake in the doghouse (or getting plain beat out), it looks like Henry is the best bet to be our backup RB.

Told a couple of days ago that #Bama LB Reuben Foster gave himself a concussion in camp by hitting Alvin Kamara so hard. He'll play a lot
I love big hits, but not to the point of getting a concussion. Reuben may need more padding in his helmet.

I hear ya.
Im not sold on Henry yet. His height and aversion from contact makes me skeptical.

Yeah I'm not doubting Henry, but I just need to see him play in a college game before I pass judgment. Can he be tough to tackle? Obviously, look at his size. Of course, Ronnie Wingo at Arkansas was big, but was never that type of back for them. Is he fast for his size? Of course. My questions are :
- Does he have good vision
- Can he make people miss
I strongly question his shiftiness. Either way he'll contribute throughout his career.
