Our guy is on a nearly week long bender.
Maybe he can hop over to the Rant and get some much needed affirmation from LSU, Georgia & Auburn fans.

I was just fricking with you. I know you just read his response to my post and not my original post.
Gumpinmizzou and Saints can both kiss my but though.

Lol. I rarely drink. Never at home and never alone. I’m responding to you guys while my 3 years old is sleeping in my arms.

It’s fine to hold that opinion but can you understand how constant (as in repeating the same comments) extreme pessimism can get a little annoying?
I’m not saying everyone should be 100% happy with the state of the team. Certainly not. But this kind of behavior is even worse than the blind sunshine pumpers

This guy runs a business. Clearly S&P 500 material.

Am in not allowed to respond to people responding to me?
It’s not like I’m creating tons of topics about it. I created one(that got deleted) then I’ve responded when new information has come up.
It’s frustrating to be one of the few people who sees what’s coming when the rest of the world is blind to it. Lol

Correct.
My experience with extremely pessimistic people is that they’re generally unhappy and every interaction is an opportunity to let that unhappiness manifest into something new.

Hahaha. I deserve that one. I fricked up.

If you want to know if he can recruit and teach, he had two players: Yam Banks (safety) and Marquise Robinson (cornerback)- enter the portal. They both committed to playing SEC schools. Banks committed to Ole Miss (everyone’s favorite Kiffin) and Robinson committed to Arkansas. I think it shows he is a solid coach and great recruiter. Plus, it seems everyone that you know knows sports and covers it as their living seems to like this hire.

I’m not extremely pessimistic.
I’m normally called a sunshine pumper. DeBoer is a great X and O guy but his hires so far have left a lot to be desired and it appears that the players transferring agree.

I get it man, and maybe your emotions are in check, but it seems like maybe they aren’t. You are in every post just being negative. I’m not an overly active poster on here; remember some names from tide sports and woolly… other than that I don’t keep up too much. I distinctly remember you for being super negative all the time. Maybe this is your outlet or whatever, but you do come across as a negative and condescending person.

Cheers.
On a serious note, I don’t think it’s a problem to share an opinion… even a negative one. I think that our entire fanbase is getting exhausted that every time we hit the internet, a new dude has hit the portal. We are all trying to be optimistic. We know that we have some large hurdles, and maybe a rough season ahead… but we don’t need to be reminded constantly. Obviously certain players leaving hurts, but we can talk about things we like instead of harping on the negatives. Take the hits as they come, and move on. It’s a sensitive time for all UA fans haha

That’s great but 3 stars that become studs are rare. I’m sure the guy is a fine coach but we needed a DC that is an elite recruiter,

People respond to you because it gets annoying. And no you don’t have to respond to everything

Wow you have a pretty good memory. I had a time when I went after Boz after my dad died. I was a jerk. I apologized and now I rarely question Boz’s intel.
I assume that’s what you are talking about.
I don’t remember if that was here or on Woolly.
I actually was not pessimistic there much. In fact I was often in disagreements with DD4Bama because he was too pessimistic.

I mean, Michigan won the title game with a bunch of 3 stars, right? This is where good coaching comes in. Not saying DeBoer and his staff is better than Harbaugh’s yet, but he turned around UW from being a friggin terrible 4-8 team in 2021 and made it to the title game faster than Harbaugh did in how many seasons of being Michigan’s head coach?
