I guarantee that Saban knows what is going on with Tua. Someone is running or relaying that information.

I injured my left hip playing football in HS game on Friday night. It hurt really bad when it happened and was sore and tender for about a day or two. I practiced and played the next week. Never really bothered me until my late forties, when the cartilage had deteriorated to the point that I started having bone rubbing against bone. I had hip replacement surgery about 15 years later. Should've done it 7 years sooner.
