Other coaches call timeout if the play clock is running down in a crucial situation. Saban would rather take them to the locker room.

I don't blame our defense, because they got worn out. Time of possession was a huge factor in this game. We didn't convert a single 3rd down till the 4th quarter, our offense is terrible. Daboll's play calling was bad, our OL was bad, and Jalen was bad.

Bama looked like the underdog the entire time, inferior in almost every aspect.
This has been the first season in a while where you could chip away at the Bama defense running the ball. People will point to the YPC, but Auburn was getting 3-4 yards easy when it mattered.
And Bama was so sloppy, not sure if it was coaching or raw talent that got them this far...

I guess I put too much stock in the "We aren't that bad we just have injuries on defense " story. Well that was put to bed hard tonight ,they exposed all our weaknesses and I'm not looking forward to our bowl game.
