We always keep the center and wr’s in. OL was completely changed, TE was backup, qb and RB. Play calls were totally vanilla.

I hope the tackling issue is just because the intensity dropped off. It became really noticeable after being up 21-0.
Good news is the front 7 seems they can wreck havoc. Anderson is only going to get better, and Harris + Moses might be the best linebacker tandem in the SEC. The corners are more physical when it comes to run defense as well.
There's got to be better discipline on 3rd and long. Not just gaping holes in pass defense, but no one spying the QB or covering the RB in the flat. That's on the players and coaches for not reinforcing the issue.
First game though. We don't know how much they went vanilla after being up so much to not give away future looks.

I don't sweat the offense at all and we have the players to have a good defense

ugly win, but i think they can clean up a few of the missed assignmets on the D side of the ball.
24 looks a bit slow hitting the hole, wonder if sanders is not 100% even after a year off.

Oh no, I’m not concerned at all. Just saying it wasn’t wholesale changes on offense.
