I may be wrong, but I’d guess it would take a loss to Wiscy or UGA before Ty gets a shot with the 1s.

With the weird format, I actually think the defense got shorted some points earlier in the game. I think there were some stops on third down where the score keeper thought we were going for it on 4th down. But, we were actually just pretending it was the next possession.
Either way, the format was not viewer friendly.

Ty Simpson needs to transfer to Auburn or anyplace that will put him on the field because they not gone let him unseat Jalen Milroe regardless.

Overall, not much to glean from the spring game. Main observations would be RBs are good, OL may be decent, DL may struggle in the interior, DBs have talent but need reps.
Hopefully we can keep most of our guys and get a couple needed pieces in the portal. Josh Pate indicated DLs are going to get paid big time in this portal season, as there’s not enough to go around and tampering has been rampant.
Need to fix this year round free agency. It’s ruining college sports.

If you think one of the best offensive coaches in the country, who is stepping into the shoes of the greatest coach of all time, isn't going to play the QB that gives him the best chance to win games then I don't know what to tell you.
