Crazy how fans of SEC schools have this high bar for us and others in the conference but PSU is trash with a trash QB.

We not only cannibalize ourselves on the field we de-market our product by saying we suck while others actually suck; we just have to play such high competition repeatedly.
I mean Oklahoma is called a bad team by idiots on here but they had the 4th hardest schedule and still wondering 6 games.
Indiana, ND, SMU and PSU have at least 6 losses no differently and you say they "deserve it" GTFO

Honestly, the only team that’s played so far that actually deserved to be in was probably Notre Dame.
Expanding the playoffs was always about TV revenue and never about who’s the best team. The idea that this could expand even further is ridiculous. We’re just elevating mediocrity, and that would be true even if Bama had made it in this year.
And I say that as someone that wanted us to make it.

What's annoying is this is a no win situation really. If PSU blows them out, then its look how amazing PSU is when they're not that great a team.
On the flip side, if SMU wins or keeps it close then the CFP committee will argue that SMU deserved it by hanging close with PSU on the road

Penn State is just lucky that the disgusting format of auto bids/byes and teams like smu and Indiana exist. If not for all that we'd be talking about them as frauds as well.
I think the only ranked team that they will of played this year besides today was Ohio state and they lost that one badly at home.
Nobody talks about how bad they are.

I’m mad at Kalen DeBoer right now that we didn’t show up for the Oklahoma game. I think we would have a really good chance of beating Indiana, SMU, Notre Dame and Penn State.
