That guy has CJ falling all the way to 27 to the Saints.

1 - I don't see him falling

2 - If he ends up in NO, it would be the biggest gift that franchise has received since Brees, and they will still find a way to hate him. He could be incredibly good with Rob Ryan as his DC.

Saints fans are starting to come around to the idea that Ingram can work and Payton is using him incorrectly.

Some of them, yes, but there's still the "Ingram sucks, blahblahblah" camp as well.

If he gets to frickin Tampa's pick I would hope we take him since if Lovie is coming we will be running the Tampa 2 primarily, move Mason outside and have a 3 man force at LB

As someone who coaches I can't comprehend how a guy like Payton gets to the highest level in football and yet has such a shitty view of balance. I run the wing t because I coach an alabama 2A team. How can someone even win a super bowl and suck so badly when it comes to balance?

If I am not mistaking, the Saints led the league in rushing the year they won the Super Bowl. I don't understand how Payton can't see the need for more balance. I think his sole purpose in life is to make sure Brees breaks a bunch of records. Brees and P. Manning have two Super Bowls combined to go with all of those gaudy passing yards.

The saints want to run the ball. The problem they have is predictability. When Sproles is in the game, they throw at a very high rate. I think they are pretty balanced with p Thomas. When Ingram is in they seem to just run the ball. They don't seem to trust him in the passing game for some reason. His effectiveness is severely limited due to their play selection when he is in the game IMO.
