You know why EVERY one hires Jimmy Sexton? Because he is the coaching agent Oprah " you get a raise"..."Norvell you get a raise".
I would think that Norvell was on the list...how seriously though because I think ( with out evidence) that DeBoer was a much higher priority. But I also don't think Sexton would be unethical ( and ruin his relationships with schools) to go to FSU and lobby for a raise for Norvell.... throwing Bama's name in the mix, without it actually being true...to some degree

I’m a Bammer. I’m behind our HC. Let’s get it rolling.
The key is keeping this roster together. He’s inheriting the best roster in CFB. That’s unheard of.
Nick left the right way. He left with a Natty caliber team. That’s how much he loves this place.
The biggest fear is recruiting. Let’s hope this is Urban Meyer and not Brian Harsin.
We need to pitch to our players to stay together for each other. It’s a brotherhood.
Why would Downs go elsewhere when he’s still the starter and he’s still playing with his brothers? That’s why keeping T Rob is huge also imo.

I'm really interested to see if he brings Ryan Grubb in as offensive coordinator. Imagine what he could do with our talent.
