The offense set him up for success. There were wide open receivers all night. The chess with checkers thing doesn't really fit that well here, but we can say for certain that you can't play football without a quarterback.

This Jalen 2.0 all over again.....Milroe has talent and probably with time and serious coaching and development he gets there. It took Jalen years to develop and Milroe is in the same place.....bur he isn't ready to play the position at this level today.

Jalen Hurts and Milroe have never been in the same place.
Not everything is about "development". Natural ability plays a huge role. Milroe has no natural ability to play QB. He's simply not smart enough to ever play QB at a high level.
Jalen Hurts was better as a true freshman than Milroe will ever be at any point in his life.
