Kind of interesting rule change for targeting

Was watching a short video interview with the head of SEC refs. Starting this season, if a player targets gets called, it will no longer carry over to the next game, which I think is good.

He did say if a player is a "habitual offender" and has committed 4 or more targeting penalties in one season, he can be suspended an entire game.
