5 topics im most excited to see answered for TAMU
1. defensive substituions/organization how quick team lines up compared to last year.
2. New scheme? exra dlineman, less linebackers, more hybrid dbs. Geno, LC, Sunseri, Fultons level of play.
3. OLine - hopefully vast improvement from vetch.
4. How well TAMU does on running plays with their stable of new RBs.
5. Who will make a name for themselves? Vogler or Howard at TE? Landon Collins on actual defense? Tenpenny or Drake at RB2? A Dline man? Dillon Lee?

I agree on all those
I expect to see a lot more of Rueben and LC in blitz packages and Moseley in underneath zone
I am torn on whether a full containment scheme (the way Bama played Michigan last year) would work and make Johnny Dbag throw it or if the D puts a full on bounty on his head the way they drew up the gameplan for Tebow with a spy (Rolo) and calculated blitz schemes coupled with soft zones to neutralize the ability to get upfield and run over a DB)
Also wanna see the offense run a more complex gameplan than VT obviously and get the aTm D on their heels and forcing pressure to score on Johnny because that's when mistakes are made and if there's anything I've learned that can beat him it is making him feel pressure and make decisions

I did a whole thread on my feelings on this on another Bama board during the summer. Im very much for using fake injuries to slow down the no huddle hurry up offenses. Its been shown to be affective and a piece with Urlacher just recently came out where he said the Bears def used this strategy against high power O teams and other NFL teams do it as well. That being said, I don't think Saban will do it just on principle.
