I don't believe anyone is ever diagnosed with "Alzheimer's". The diagnosis is "dementia".

You would be mistaken.

Alzheimer’s Disease is the most common type of dementia.

a Dr in Birmingham has been telling people Mrs. Terry has dementia.

I really doubt a doctor is going around Birmingham giving out private information on of one of his patients.

I'm not mistaken because my own mother died from it. The doctors never once said she had Alzheimers. They simply referred to it as dementia.

Dementia is the general term for a condition of neurological decline. It is caused by many things, one of which is alzheimer's.

One can have dementia without having alzheimer's. Strokes can cause dementia.

Right of course. My mother had Alzheimer's. She never had a stroke but none of her doctors ever referred to her condition as a diagnosis of Alzheimer's. It is a type of dementia I know. My father had "dementia" from multiple strokes.

First off, people here in your 40s should get checked for Alzheimer’s. That’s when it starts if you don’t take care of yourself.

Secondly, the holistic world has known how to take care of things like this for years. Your brain gets Alzheimer’s because it’s deprived of essential fats and nutrients that feed its function. I believe it is called LDL which big pharma of course labels “bad cholesterol”. They only label it bad cholesterol because that’s the one that also is responsible for clogging and plaquing up your arteries. But this cholesterol feeds your brain function and depriving your brain of it is what, in a simple explanation, is the biggest contributor to Alzheimer’s.

Third, god this thread should just tell you never to trust a rant user. This aged like warm milk.
