I'm always nervous for the big games so it doesn't matter how the rest of the SEC looks to me. Bottom line, our chances of winning will always be 50/50 no matter the points spread.

I remember they looked shitty in all of the bowl games in 2009 too. That doesn't worry me as much as if the SEC were blowing everyone out and we went in thinking we would too.

UF overachieved this year.

I think the SEC is weaker this year...
I think ND is lucky to not have a loss.
I am concerned...

UF is a lot like 2008 Alabama team. Disappointed to be here and not able to match Louisville's emotion.

Us, UGA, and Aggy were the only 3 complete teams in the SEC this year. LSU and UF had shite offenses and USCe lost their best player on offense in the middle of the season. I will be a lot more concerned if Aggy looks like shite against Big Game Bob.

We will be fine. Coach Saban has had his month to create his masterpiece and the team has had time to rest and heal. Game will be over half way through the 3rd quarter.

- SEC is much better than any other conference
- Conference strength is not as valid of a measuring stick anymore, due to expansion. Too many teams not playing each other.
- Judging teams based on bowls is generally not a good method. I determine how good a team is by how they played during the season. Bowl games have too many added variables that can come into play like, month layoff, motivation, coaching changes, etc...
- Bama has no excuse to lose, they are better across the board and own most of the intangibles.
-If you do want to play the "how they did in a bowl game" card, consider NDs opponents in bowl games...
Purdue lost
MSU- won
Mich lost
USC lost
Stanford won, against a bad Wisc team
OK and Pitt will lose probably

At least watching all this our guys will know what will happen if they don't come out ready to fight.

Numbers look good, I'm not nervous.

The bad news is ND's defense is a LOT better than most people think... hate to say it but possibly even better than our defense this year. They've gotten much stronger during the 2nd half of the season.
The good news is I think our offense has a much better chance to move the ball and score than theirs does. We have a Veteran QB as opposed to their Freshman and we have 2 stud RBs.
The game will be decided on who wins the Turnover, Rushing Yard and Time of Possession battle.

I actually think Oklahoma matches up pretty well with Aggy. Texas A&M's secondary is their biggest weakness and Oklahoma has a very potent passing attack. If the Sooners can protect Landry, he's going to pick Aggy's secondary apart. I don't know how they stop Manziel though.

What do you think about our game, though?

Landry sucks under pressure, Moore brings pressure.
