IF we lose the SEC Championship Game on Saturday...

And assuming that everything else goes to plan for the ESPN types (Cincinnati, Michigan, and Oklahoma State all win), who would be our opponent in (I think) the Sugar Bowl? Notre Dame or Oklahoma seem like the two most likely choices. Do I assume correctly?

Yep and I think they chose maybe ND since Okie has been the usual choice for the last years.

Oh, I thought it went to open selection if the champ had a CFP spot. I see now it is still 2nd highest ranked B1G

Yeah I would love to play OSU if we didn’t make the playoffs. Honestly ND, or Okie is fine as well. However, I want us to beat UGA.

I'm almost positive it has to be a Big XII team, right? Either the champ or their #2 if the champ is in the playoff.

Michigan Iowa and Baylor Okla St...anything could happen.
What happens if they both lose, and we lose as well? This could be a crazy show sunday to see who makes it.

It's either playoffs or Sugar Bowl for Bama. Bama would play OU, OU lite or Baylor in the Sugar Bowl.
I'm guessing Orange Bowl if Bama beats Georgia.
