smartest decision of his life. How many NFL rookies enter their first year already a multi millionaire, especially qb's? His first year he made over a million dollars, this year he made 3.2 million. If he returns next year, he will probably make the same or even over 4 million. Heck, with wise investments, he wouldn't have to play at all in the NFL and still live comfortable.
I'd come back 1 more year

Not with Bob as his oc. If I was Bryce and was entertaining the thought of coming back. My first question would be sooooo is Bob gonna be here next year?

OP, don't mentally set yourself up for disappointment the same way the playoff people have done. Its not happening. He's gone.

Just need to up that NIL amount to about 7.25 to ~9 million to be about one year salary on a 4 yr contract for a top 5 pick.

Pass the hat, and he just may consider it

If players take NIL deals, then they should be forced to play the full four years. No declaring for the draft. No sitting out bowl games.

If they do, then they should be forced to repay the NIL money and frick it, repay the college as well for the scholarship it provided as well as three years of room and board, meals, healthcare, gym access, plane and bus rides, etc.

Good news is BoB is most certainly gone, however Bryce would have to adjust to someone new.

That being said.. zero chance he returns

Gotta get vested in the NFL retirement system as soon as possible.

Why would he choose to only make $3 mil to $4 mil when he could make almost 5 times that in the NFL his first year?

Kayvon Thibodeaux was picked 5th in last year's draft. His 4 year contact is worth $31.3 mil basically fully guaranteed with a $19,972,028 signing bonus that he get's upfront. His first year take home money is $20,677,028.

Aidan Hutchinson was picked 2nd, and his 4 year contract is worth $35,713,386 fully guaranteed with a signing bonus of $23,153,372. His first year take home money is $23,858,372.

NIL money can't touch what top 1st rounders make. And I'd be shocked if Young doesn't get picked in the top 5 in this years draft. And keep in mind neither one of those players that I used as examples are QBs.

Thibodeaux's contract

Hutchinson's contract

Bryce basically had to adjust to every game with BoB as OC.
