The future of the sport belongs to the offensive gurus not defense.

Saban is a defensive guy. Ryan's can make it happen he'd just have to get a good oc.

As good as Kiffin or Sark are you can tell they have Def issues.

No chance Demeco will come now. He will be a NFL Head Coach next year or the one after that.
If he becomes successful there he may get the chance to do a Perkins at Bama.

Golding gets 1.6 million per year. The Avg NFL coordinator gets around 1 million.

Plus, coaching for Saban doesn't exactly regress ones career options in college or the pros.

I'd love to see him back at Bama. One of all time favorites

Then, we could steal Matt LaFleur away as well, so long as we're wishing away.

What’s the allure there? Prestige? He could likely make more money in the SEC

Recruiting is so important im not sure you can roll the dice on a HC with no recruiting experience, but i do like Ryans a lot. He was a helluva smart football player thats for sure.

Heard a story a long time ago about how the coaches back then would explain something, and if Demeco looked confused they would scrap everything and start over because they knew if Demeco was confused then nobody on the team knew what the hell they were talking about.
