I agree. While Dallas Turner and Chris Braswell will both be good in time, Allen and Sanders were both very talented AND they possessed experience

Having Allen would’ve helped the defense far more than most ppl realize mainly because it happened so early in the season it’s almost an afterthought by now

No doubt, but then Drew Sanders was starting to come into his own and we lost him too. So the dropoff to where we are now at that spot is enormous. And I think Dallas Turner probably has a solid future. He just isn't ready right now.

i wonder if the broken foot pushes him to stay one more year to try to improve his draft position?

If people are saying they are unbeatable, they are dumb. I'm interested to see if Mullen has anything for them. Mullen isn't a great coach but when he's locked in he can put together an offensive plan to challenge anyone.
