. What if Yeldon doesn't get tripped up half a yard short on third down when we were up 7 with 7 minutes left?

One of the many instances of our guys tripping on that shitty arse turf.

True, the pass would have been catchable, if it wasn't thrown into DOUBLE COVERAGE.

No recever expects his qb to throw into double coverage, so Howard was trying to keep his feet in and watch the nall into his hands.

Dude, the ball hit him right in the hands in the endzone, for what would have been a game winning td. Double coverage had nothing to do with it, he had the safety beat and the only factor golson played was that he was there to catch the ball that bounced off of ojs hands, he wasn't in position to affect the play if oj had just caught the ball. And this bullshite about oj not expecting it. If he didn't expect it he certainly should have, with us down 6 points late in the 4th and him running a route to the endzone. The guy just dropped it, it happens. Season is not over by a long stretch

You can't expect every pass to be perfect.

Unless it is an opposing QB - then they make every throw to the exact perfect spot that only their guy can get to and somehow that guy always makes the incredible grab on the sideline.

Pretty much the theme of every single loss we've had since 08.

QBs making ridiculous throws, and down right horrific mistakes.

Which is fine...it's hard to win games when those two things are against you, and over a span of this many years, those things are going to happen.

One of my customers has known OJ since he was a kid and takes him hunting every year. We were talking earlier this week and he said when he talked to OJ, he claimed he couldnt see where the ball was.

OJ needs a reality check. He's soft but has all the ability and tools to do something about it. He's not going up against a bunch of 5'6" 145 lb whitey DBs like he did in HS. He's playing with grown men now who don't want to share. With the drops he's had and the outright punking on that play, I can't blame Blake or Jake for not wasting throws his way til he gets it together .

If a 6'6" blackie can't come down with that ball, even with other normal height blackies covering him, something is wrong.

Completely plausible. The ball was thrown over the wrong shoulder, not hard to reason that OJ didn't pick the ball up to the last instant given he had to look back over the opposite shoulder of the direction he was going.
