At least we won't see Diggs getting his arse drug seven yards downfield while trying to make a tackle.

Don’t play the game if you ain’t happy to play!

Tweet from Shy Carter. Think it's about Diggs and Lewis?

I don’t mind the players sitting out. These guys have a chance to make it to the next level and have been hurt in the past. Playing or not playing in a bowl game does not change my outlook on a player.

half of the games on Alabama's schedule meant nothing. Why even play after LSU with no championships on the line? Why play at all?

A championship was still on the line until we lost to Auburn.

So you’re only a fan of the team when it playing for a NC right? So I’m guessing you weren’t a fan before Saban and likely won’t be a fan after he leaves. You’re barely a fan right now as it is.

I'd love to hear about your athletic exploits, and how you finished top 10 in the nation... ever, in anything

One day, Bama will inevitably go through some lean years again. The one positive about that will be that the bandwagoners who trot out terrible takes like this will be gone.

Personally I don't see Diggs as a loss
Honestly. His performance last few weeks surely won't put him in the
Hall of fame. It's like his mind
Wasn't even in the game. Who knows.

There is zero reason for players who are staring down the barrel of a 1st or second round selection to have to play in a non-playoff bowl game.

The whole goal for our program is to win a championship. We are out of contention to do so.

These players have given more to this University with their time and effort than the entirety of this board combined, with a multiple.

Virtually all of our athletes come here with the expectation that it's the best place to prepare you to become an elite football player, and in 3-4 years, become a millionare in the NFL. Facts. Najee Harris isn't coming from Antoich, California to play football at Alabama because he likes the uniforms or the fight song - and considering the schools he has in his state, likely not for the education either.

I guarantee there isn't one player on our team that feels abanodoned by those choosing to sit out. If anything, I bet they hope they get the same support their giving should they choose to be in that position one day.

Face it - you're upset because you are not getting the full product you feel like you deserve as a fan. Well, let's make this clear - these student athletes don't owe you, me, or the University anything if they have come to the point where they are clear 1st & second round grades. They've attended the classes, workouts, meetings, practices, and performed at a high level to ensure your Saturdays are enjoyable.

Good luck to you Terrell and Trayvon - thanks for all that you've done for Alabama.
