First if all.. I love your handle. I love the lord too. My whole point was that there was no production from the offense until 2.36 before the half. We were actually losing 7-3 to FS almost to the half. The two interception in the 1st half helped greatly. But whatever it was KR came alive and scored 3 tds 2.36 from the half. I can rhink of probably 5 SEC teams this will not work on.. Of course its my opinion but I do pay attention

This is weird to only give shite to the unit that put up 50 points but not the unit that gave up 36. 50 points should win every game. You aren’t winning many games giving up 36

Hey, great to have another brother in here. I will try to remember your handle.
I get your thoughts about slow starts, but what is the difference between scoring touchdowns in the first few series and a few more later vs right before the half and throughout most of the second half? Fifty points is fifty points.
The argument might be made that a team with a good defense could stop us from getting going and scoring in bunches like we did, but then they would be stopping us the whole game. We would really need to rely on our defense to stop the other team's offense from blowing us away.
I don't think anyone is wringing their hands about how the offense operated had the defense not left this game in the lurch throughout. Fifty points is usually enough to breath easy by midway through the third quarter.
I still think our defense is really good. Saban had great defenses that had to win shootouts. I am a bit concerned about how we have given up some chunk plays through the air this year. Is a Cam Coleman, or Malachi Toney going to absolutely smoke us if we play them? I feel like we are succeptible to giving up a lot of points in the air. Maybe it was a bad day, or a surprise scheme, or Daniels and his receiver had and unconscious day.
I don't know how this team is going to end up. We no longer have tons more talent than everybody else. Parity is here. Texas has one of the most talented teams ever purchased and a quality coaching staff. Georgia has seasoned coaches, a lot of institutional momentum and some dudes. Ohio State has an expensive roster and several years of building their program. They were destroying Texas before laying and egg. LSU spent a mint on their team. Ole Miss has a tremendous quarterback. This is truly more like the NFL than just the money.
