I think this shows the threat of a dual threat just fricks our defense up man. Like not even a particularly good one.

Man coverage has increased the pressure but the coverage isn’t holding up long enough to make the heat get home enough yet. Maybe they can shore it up late

I don’t know if our DBs were massively overhyped in the offseason or if it’s KW + who is calling coverages on a play by play basis, but I’m incredibly underwhelmed by our DB play thus far. Between coverage busts and DBs being in position but falling down, it certainly does not feel like the elite unit we were sold for the last 7ish months.

Our secondary was zone heavy last year and had struggles with man sometimes. They’re going to have to grow up but the athletes are there for it to work.
