The guy lasted 8 years in the NFL and started 72 games in total. Not too bad for a guy who had originally been a walk on. Congrats to him for a successful career!

Good for him. According to the goog machine, he made roughly 13.5 million in those 8 years. He's done slightly better than me the past 8 years.

What a story and life he’s set up for himself if he’s been smart with the earnings.

Wonder if he wants to coach. I hope more Bama/Saban guys enter into the profession.

Any guy who can walk on and start at prime Saban Alabama then start 72 NFL games over 8 seasons probably got there by hard work. So he might make for a good coach.

For anyone not familiar with his journey, take the time to watch this. Great family, resilient guy. Amazing career on the field, wish him the best in his next chapter.

Rashaad Johnson was another walk-on that had a solid NFL career.

Saban moved him from RB under Shula to DB.

His performance in the 08 LSU game was an all timer. A pick six and an end zone INT in OT.

He also qualifies for an NFL pension. Not sure how or at what point that is paid out.

3 INTs when a pick six and another being essentially win the game in OT is legendary.

Great video. I didn’t know Levi’s story. What a great kid and family. Thanks for posting,
