I get it, it's just my opinion. If Ty keeps playing like he is I doubt he comes back, so it's probably not even going to be a "thing". But if by some chance Ty wants to come back, you CANNOT tell him no and let him transfer. He'd transfer to place that plays us and absolutely cook us. You let him come back and pay Russell whatever it takes to sit another year.

You don't tell a guy that is in the running for being the first QB taken in the NFL Draft to come back. Unless he gets hurt or has a string of terrible games he is going to be a 1st round pick.

My guess is he does not but assuming he gets a high first round draft projection and this team makes it to the CFB playoff and he is a Heisman finalist then I dont see what coming back would do for him.

yeah..if he continues on this trajectory, he’ll go pro.
But can you imagine seeing him with one more year under Grubb?

I hope he goes to the Saints. God knows they desperately need a QB. Hell, they need everything. LOL

As a Saints fan I hope we don't draft him.

We are so devoid of talent Ty will be wasted in New Orleans. I'd rather him go somewhere like Los Angeles where he can sit behind Stafford for a year or two then take over.

You obviously misunderstood me. I wasn't saying for us to ASK HIM to come back. I'm saying if HE DECIDES he wants another year of college and HE DECIDES to come back, then you take him back. You don't tell him he's not welcome back, not a QB of his caliber.

Honestly, the Saints are such a dumpster fire and have drafted so poorly, they need to fire their front office and trade anyone of any value and stockpile draft picks. Start over from scratch.

Can't imagine a GM seeing what Ty is doing and passing on that. The kid just has it.

Jets and Miami (sadly) have to go QB and are probably picking 1 and 2. I could see the Raiders and possibly the Cardinals resetting as well. They'll be picking in the top 10. I don't know if Ty wins the Heisman but through 8 weeks he's QB1. The command of the offense. The pre-snap processing. The feel in the pocket. The accuracy. He'll be 23 before the season ends. It's the same arc as Cam Ward. Get a good look at him. He's gonna go make 50 million dollars.
